Ryan Wood of WFAA to be featured at DallasMeetup

The team at DallasMeetup is proud to announce that Ryan Wood, Director of Community Impact at WFAA, is the latest Featured Networker joining the lineup for DallasMeetup at Texas Live!.

Ryan Wood is WFAA’s Director of Community Impact, where he works to connect communities, nonprofits, businesses, and audiences through philanthropic initiatives and storytelling. Ryan leads WFAA’s legacy holiday toy drive, Santa’s Helpers, produces special events and programming, and manages fundraising campaigns that engage WFAA’s audience to make significant impacts in and beyond DFW.

Ryan’s background is in journalism and television production, earning eight EMMY Awards, a National Edward R. Murrow Award, and most recently was honored with WFAA as a finalist for the National Association of Broadcasters Leadership Foundation Celebration of Service to America Award, the highest community service focused journalism award in the country.
