Rachel Chewakin of United to Learn to be featured at DallasMeetup
The team at DallasMeetup is excited to announce Rachel Chewakin, Chief of Staff at United to Learn, is the latest Featured Networker debut joining DallasMeetup at Texas Live!
As Chief of Staff at United to Learn, Rachel Chewakin partners with executive and Board leadership to shape strategy, strengthen governance, and build the organizational systems that turn vision into measurable impact. She leads enterprise strategic planning, executive operations, and cross-functional initiatives that help leaders make informed decisions, align around shared priorities, and strengthen the organization's long-term effectiveness.
Rachel's leadership is grounded in the lessons she learned from the students and families she served as a classroom teacher. Those relationships deepened her understanding of both the extraordinary potential of young people and the systemic barriers that too often stood in their way, inspiring a career focused on strengthening the organizations, leaders, and partnerships that make student success possible.
Over the past decade, Rachel has served in leadership roles across public education, nonprofits, and civic initiatives in Dallas and Chicago. She has led enterprise strategy, organizational transformation, governance, and executive leadership initiatives during periods of growth and change, helping organizations align people, purpose, and systems to achieve lasting impact for students and communities.
Rachel holds degrees from Arizona State University and Loyola University Chicago. She is a proud alumna of Teach For America DFW, Leadership ISD (Now Commit to Leaders), the Urban Leadership Fellowship, the McKinsey Women's Leadership Program, and the Junior League of Dallas Leadership Institute. She serves on the Congregation Council at King of Glory Lutheran Church, supports The Partnership for Community Partners of Dallas, and is an active leader within the Junior League of Dallas.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, Christopher, exploring Dallas' parks and trails, and discovering new local favorites throughout Oak Cliff.
