Leslie Sans is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Dallas Pets Alive (DPA), a nationally recognized nonprofit transforming animal welfare through innovative, community-based solutions. Since founding DPA in 2012, she has grown the organization into a multi-program nonprofit that has impacted more than 40,000 pets and people through rescue, prevention, and social service initiatives. Under her leadership, DPA has expanded through the aquisition of Dogs Matter and the Humane Society of Dallas County and continues to pioneer innovative programs that strengthen the human-animal bond. Leslie is passionate about organizational leadership, strategic partnerships, and building sustainable solutions that create lasting community impact.
