Michael Mills is the Director of Investor Relations at Realty Capital, a position he has proudly held since 2024. His journey began in small town Arkansas, where his natural ability to connect with others was nurtured from an early age. Known for being the most talkative student in class, Michael turned this trait into a lifelong strength, mastering the art of rapport-building.

Growing up, he learned the value of effective communication while playing collegiate and professional basketball. This experience solidified his belief that strong relationships and trust are essential to success in any organization.
