Dani Young is a Director of Business Development at Texas Motor Speedway, a premier NASCAR venue, based in Fort Worth.

In her role, Dani helps businesses build brand awareness and gain visibility in the Texas market and beyond by leveraging the excitement, scale, and cultural impact of one of the most iconic motorsports venues in the country. She partners with brands to create high impact sponsorships, hospitality programs, corporate events, and track rental experiences that deliver lasting impressions and memorable experiences.

With a background in sports and entertainment sales, Dani’s approach is informed by experience across professional sports and executive-level events. She previously worked with the Denver Nuggets and at C10, a private network of C-suite business and technology leaders, where she helped create curated experiences designed to drive meaningful connections. Dani also competed as a Division I softball student athlete at the University of Northern Colorado.
