Jacob Chastine is the Director of Corporate Partnerships for the Frisco RoughRiders, the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, based in Frisco. In his role, Jacob leads sponsorship sales efforts, focused on growing the team’s corporate partnership portfolio and building meaningful, long-term relationships with brands across North Texas and beyond.

Jacob specializes in creating custom, fan-focused sponsorships that help partners connect with audiences in authentic and measurable ways. He works closely with brands to develop integrated partnerships that extend beyond traditional signage and deliver real value through activation, storytelling, and in-market impact.
Before joining the RoughRiders, Jacob served as Director of Corporate Partnerships, Activations & Gameday Production for FC Tulsa, where he oversaw sponsorship sales and partner execution. He also spent time at Learfield at Texas Tech University, helping brands align with one of the country’s most passionate fan bases.

A native Texan, Jacob earned both his B.A. and M.S. in Sport Management from Texas Tech University. He enjoys helping brands leverage sports as a platform to drive business growth, fan engagement, and community connection.
