Zachary Geist is the Director of Promotions and Game Presentation for the Texas Rangers Baseball Club, where he leads the strategy and execution of in-game entertainment, fan engagement, and overall ballpark presentation. Throughout his career, he has helped produce two MLB All-Star Games, multiple MLB Postseasons, and two World Series, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver memorable, high-impact live event experiences.

An alumnus of Georgetown University’s Master’s in Sports Industry Management program and a graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Zachary is passionate about creating environments that elevate the fan experience while strengthening the connection between the team and its community.
