Before leading Rematch U.S., Hanna served as Chief of Staff and COO at a Fort Worth-based mineral management company, where she helped scale operations and strategy. Her coaching career spans top basketball programs including UC San Diego, Utah State, Fresno State, and TCU, where she built championship cultures, developed talent, and led high-performing teams.
