Yatin Karnik is Founder & CEO of Confer Solutions AI, where he builds AI-native systems for financial services, retail, healthcare, industrial, and aerospace organizations. Prior to founding Confer, Yatin spent nearly two decades at Wells Fargo as SVP of Mortgage Operations, leading large-scale mortgage, digital transformation, operations, and product initiatives. He is currently developing AI-native lending platforms designed to reduce cycle times and lower origination costs by 50%+, with a focus on modernizing mortgage one of the most complex and operationally demanding forms of lending.
He also serves as an AI Architect with Walmart Global Tech as a contractor, contributing to enterprise AI innovation at scale. Recognized as a 2026 Dallas AI 75 honoree, Yatin is known for combining deep industry expertise with practical AI execution in complex, regulated environments.
He holds an M.S. in Software Engineering from the University of Houston and is passionate about helping organizations modernize responsibly while mentoring the next generation of innovators.
