Warren Tranquada of AT&T Performing Arts Center to be featured at DallasMeetup

The team at DallasMeetup is proud to announce that Warren Tranquada, President & CEO of AT&T Performing Arts Center, is the latest Featured Networker joining the lineup for DallasMeetup at Texas Live!.

Warren Tranquadais the president and CEO of the AT&T Performing Arts Center in the heart of the Dallas Arts District. He joined the Center in July 2022. 

Since arriving in Dallas, Warren has focused on rebuilding audiences post-COVID, supporting our partners and resident companies, activating the Center’s campus with more performances and activities, especially before and after shows, and ensuring the Center remains on a sustainable financial footing. He views the Center as a critical and collaborative cultural institution for the city, one that provides impactful cultural experiences both in the Dallas Arts District, and across the community. 

He joined the Center from the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) in Newark where he served as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer. Warren was with NJPAC since 2009, responsible for strategic planning and business operations for the organization and its $50M annual budget. The organization has a national reputation for its diverse and distinctive programming, entrepreneurial and innovative business model, vibrant arts education, community and civic engagement and its role as an economic catalyst for downtown Newark. Warren played a critical role in finance, ticketing, strategic planning, real estate development, new business development, special projects, fundraising, arts education planning, organizational governance and more. 

Prior to NJPAC, Warren was a co-founder and partner with the social sector consulting firm Aperio in Newark and Toronto, a vice president with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, and an associate consultant with Bain & Company Canada in Toronto. 

Warren has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Montreal and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School, with a focus on nonprofit business structures and social-purpose investment vehicles. 

Born in Canada, Warren is a triathlete, a hockey player, an avid new Dallas Stars fan (except when they’re playing the Toronto Maple Leafs). He and his wife Alexine have three children, and live in Dallas.
