R.J. Wilson is an Account Manager in Global Sales at American Airlines, helping mid-market corporate clients get more value from their business travel programs.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Marketing, R.J. built a strong foundation in strategy and relationship management that continues to shape his approach today. He focuses on turning client goals into results by solving travel challenges, identifying opportunities within data, and serving as a trusted resource for his customers.

Known for being proactive, detail-oriented, and always looking for better ways to get things done, R.J. believes strong partnerships start with listening first and acting quickly. Outside of work, earning both the Eagle Scout rank and the Congressional Award Gold Medal helped shape his commitment to leadership, service, and showing up when it matters most.
