Matt Newville is a strategic revenue leader with over 13 years of experience in tech, tailored to the CRE world.  In his role at CoStar Group, Matt works with banks, lenders and credit unions across the country enabling clients to link their collateral to CoStar's Risk Analytics product. Formerly Head of Sales at RealtyAds & Dottid, Matt is recognized for delivering revenue across startups, large-cap organizations and actively engaging the Dallas CRE community.

Outside of work, Matt can be found exploring Dallas in search of the city’s best Tex-Mex with clients, or spending quality time with his wife and two young children.
