Jennifer Miller is a Managing Director in the Advisory practice at Baker Tilly, a top ten advisory, tax and assurance firm with offices located globally.  She leads the Managed Services - Real Estate group that provides accounting services to investors, developers and property managers. With over two decades of experience in property accounting across retail, office, and mixed-use assets, Jennifer brings deep industry expertise and operational insight to her clients. She is known for her ability to manage teams of all sizes, implement scalable processes, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Her technical proficiency spans real estate systems such as Yardi, MRI, Kardin, and Argus, and she is well-versed in lease terms related to CAM and tax escalations. Jennifer’s leadership has been instrumental in driving change, optimizing performance, and delivering exceptional client service.

Before joining Baker Tilly in December 2021, Jennifer held senior roles in property management, construction, and development firms, where she oversaw entire accounting departments and led system implementations that improved financial visibility and efficiency. Now based in Frisco, Texas, she continues to shape strategic initiatives and mentor rising professionals within the firm. She is currently a member of CREW Dallas and DREM. Outside of work, she and her husband are proud parents of two daughters, enjoy traveling and gardening, and lead a weekly Bible study group.
