Linda Braddy of American Red Cross NTX to be featured at DallasMeetup
The team at DallasMeetup is excited to announce Linda Braddy, Chief Executive Officer of American Red Cross NTX, is the latest Featured Networker debut joining DallasMeetup at Texas Live!
Dr. Linda Braddy is CEO of the American Red Cross North Texas Region where she leads service delivery, fundraising, government relations, and community resilience programs. She works with partners to strengthen local capacity through a “neighbors helping neighbors” approach to prepare for, prevent, respond to, and recover from disasters with a primary focus on ensuring volunteers are effectively engaged.
Previously, she served as President of Dallas College Brookhaven Campus leading initiatives that advanced regional growth and economic stability. In 2020, she served simultaneously as the inaugural Provost for Dallas College during its transition from seven independently accredited colleges to a singly accredited institution.
Dr. Braddy also served as vice president for academic affairs at Tarrant County College Northeast Campus where she oversaw all academic programs, credit and non-credit technical programs, dual credit, early college high schools, academic support services, and the library. Prior to that role, she served as deputy executive director of the Mathematical Association of America in Washington, D.C., a volunteer-driven non-profit, where she oversaw all grant-funded programs, public policy efforts, conference operations, and student competitions.
Earlier in her career, she held academic dean and department chair roles at Tarrant County College and East Central University. She has a Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of Oklahoma.
