Kris Sanders, FACHE is currently the Board President for American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) of North Texas. She is a healthcare operations executive who translates strategic priorities into measurable performance, clinical, and geographic outcomes in complex hospital systems and provider groups. Her background spans pediatric academic medicine, ambulatory services, and multi-site healthcare delivery settings, with expertise in clinician alignment, service line expansion, financial stewardship, and community partnership development. Kris currently serves as Senior Vice President at Children’s Health. Kris earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration from Texas State University – San Marcos. She is board certified as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a recipient of the ACHE National Service Award and Modern Healthcare’s Diversity Leaders “Rising Star” Award, and serves in multiple board leadership roles supporting healthcare governance, executive leadership development, and community advocacy partnerships throughout North Texas.
