Jamie Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of the Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains Council, where she leads efforts to empower girls across 81 counties in Texas and Oklahoma to build courage, confidence, and character while developing the skills they need to thrive as the next generation of leaders. Jamie brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the nonprofit and public health sectors, with a career focused on strategy, revenue growth, and community impact. She has raised more than $50 million at local levels in support of mission-driven organizations and has led largescale transformation efforts at both the state and national levels. Prior to joining Girl Scouts, she served as CEO of Healthier Texas, where she led a statewide organization dedicated to expanding access to preventive health programs and strengthening community-based systems of care. Throughout her career, Jamie has held leadership roles with organizations at both national and local levels including Susan G. Komen, the ALS Association, Alzheimer’s Association, and Mothers Against Drunk Driving, where she advanced initiatives in fundraising, affiliate engagement, and organizational strategy. As a former Girl Scout, Jamie is deeply committed to creating opportunities for girls to explore their potential, develop leadership skills, and build pathways to future careers. She is especially passionate about expanding access to programs that reach girls in rural and underserved communities, ensuring every girl has the opportunity to thrive.
