Kevin Lavelle is the CEO & Cofounder of Harbor. He's also the Founder and Chairman of the Board at Mizzen+Main, where he invented the world's first performance fabric dress shirt with hundreds of millions of dollars in sales.

He successfully raised a growth round from L Catterton, established partnerships with athletes like Phil Mickelson and JJ Watt, and grew distribution to over 750 locations across the US.

Kevin is a devoted husband and father of two. When his Nanit app crashed on their family, leaving his newborn son unmonitored overnight, he set out to build a secure, reliable, quality solution that parents and kids deserve. He and cofounder Charlie Hill have built Harbor over the last two years to create happier parents and healthier families, one restful night at a time, and democratize access to sleep expertise.
