The team at DallasMeetup is excited to announce Jacob Teplin of American Airlines is the latest Featured Networker debut joining DallasMeetup’s Transportation Cohort at Legacy Hall.

Jacob is the ​Managing Director of the ​AAdvantage ​Business℠ ​program, American Airlines' ​free-to-join loyalty program designed ​for small ​and ​medium-sized ​businesses.  In this role, he is ​responsible for ​program ​growth, ​strategy, and management.

Jacob ​joined American Airlines ​in 2025 ​after ​serving ​as Chief ​Operating Officer at MarketTime, ​a B2B ​SaaS company focused on ​sales enablement and ​e-commerce ​for SMB customers. Prior to ​MarketTime, he was Vice ​President of Corporate ​Development at Crow Holdings, a ​leading ​real estate ​investment and development ​firm, where he ​led complex, ​cross-functional data and technology initiatives. Jacob began his ​career at Bain & Company, ​where he spent ​10 years advising ​clients in the ​transportation and technology ​sector.

Jacob ​grew up ​outside of ​Boston, graduated from ​Rice ​University ​in ​Houston, ​and now ​lives ​in Dallas with ​his wife and two young boys.
