Gabrielle “Gabe” Madison is a transformative leader and social enterprise executive committed to creating pathways for opportunity and helping communities thrive. As the Chief Executive Officer of Metrocrest Services, a nonprofit based in Carrollton, Texas, she is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and seniors navigate crisis situations, build long-term stability, and achieve independence.

In her role as CEO, Gabe leads a dynamic team focused on strengthening Metrocrest Services’ impact across North Texas through innovative partnerships, community-driven solutions, and a holistic approach to addressing social determinants of health—such as housing, food security, financial wellness, and access to essential resources.

Prior to joining Metrocrest Services, Gabe served as President and CEO of Bonton Farms, a South Dallas-based social enterprise that has become a national model for community transformation. During her tenure, she oversaw remarkable organizational growth— expanding programs fivefold, opening the Bonton Wellness Center, launching three locations for the Grocery Connect Initiative, leading two major construction projects (the Bonton Resource Center and Bonton Gardens residential complex), and securing contracts for Bonton Farms to open locations at DFW Airport.

Gabe brings over two decades of corporate and nonprofit leadership experience, including more than a decade at Thomson Reuters, where she served as Director of Community Relations and earlier as HR Manager. Her expertise spans social responsibility, talent development, community partnerships, and organizational strategy. With a passion for advancing health, wholeness, and opportunity as the norm, Gabe continues to champion initiatives that empower individuals and strengthen communities across North Texas.
