Diana Palchik is Principal of Beauty Mark, providing trademark services to the beauty and wellness sectors. She has spent over two decades as an IP lawyer, working extensively in beauty, retail and technology. She has served as corporate counsel at Mary Kay Inc. and several Fortune 500 companies, as well as on the board of the DFW chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. She is a longtime small business advisor at Cosmetic Executive Women and is on the Supply Chain & Sustainability Committee at Independent Beauty Association. Diana received her business and law degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
