Daphne Barlow of Boys & Girls Clubs Tarrant County to be featured at DallasMeetup

The team at DallasMeetup is proud to announce Daphne Barlow, President & CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs Tarrant County, is the latest Featured Networker debut joining DallasMeetup at Texas Live!

Daphne Barlow is a distinguished leader in youth development with a career spanning over 25 years of service to Boys & Girls Clubs. As the CEO and President of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County, she leads the oldest and largest organization of its kind in Texas. Under her stewardship, the organization has grown to serve more than 88,000 young people across Tarrant, Denton, Johnson, and Hill Counties.

Daphne began her career with the Boys & Girls Clubs as a volunteer in 1998. After moving through several leadership roles, she was named CEO in 2006 and later led the 2018 merger of the Fort Worth and Arlington organizations. Driven by a goal to reach underserved youth, she launched the Mobile Clubhouse Experience in 2022 to reach kids who couldn’t get to a physical Club. In 2023 she opened the Blue Door Kitchen, which serves high-quality, scratch-made meals to 18 locations across North Texas. Alongside these programs, she led the organization’s expansion into Denton County in 2023 and Hill County in 2025.

Daphne holds a Master of Public Health in Administration from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Oklahoma State University.
