Bob Gibbons is a trusted corporate real estate advisor and the founder of REATA Commercial Realty, a Plano-based firm exclusively representing corporate occupiers of office, medical, industrial, and flex space. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Bob is dedicated to helping companies and non-profits minimize occupancy costs while aligning their real estate decisions with organizational goals.

A self-described “Recovering Landlord,” Bob spent two decades managing and leasing millions of square feet of high-rise office and warehouse properties before “switching sides” in 2004 to advocate solely for tenants. His firm’s name, REATA—Real Estate Advisors & Tenant Advocates—reflects that commitment to conflict-free representation.

Throughout his career, Bob has handled everything from new leases and building purchases to property dispositions, subleases, consulting, expert witness testimony, and sale/leasebacks. He has also served on the board of ITRA Global, been an active member of the Alliance of Tenant Representatives, and previously hosted The Next Level Show, a radio program highlighting the journeys of entrepreneurs and business leaders.
