Chihiro Kurokawa got involved in commercial real estate in 2016, first as an LP and then as a general partner across four Texas multifamily deals totalling 579 units. As a direct operator, he has end-to-end experience across all aspects of CRE including acquisition, raising capital, asset management, CapEx and disposition. He is also active in corporate private equity, focused on healthcare and auto dealership businesses. He and Pedro DeLeon Jr. co-host the Beyond Stocks podcast and community focused on alternative investments.
