Chris Lipscomb of Transwestern to be featured at DallasMeetup

The team at DallasMeetup is excited to announce that Chris Lipscomb, Managing Director at Transwestern, is the latest Featured Networker debut joining DallasMeetup goes CRE 🥳

Chris Lipscomb is responsible for the marketing and leasing of office and medical properties throughout Dallas. Chris’ projects are in multiple submarkets, giving him broad and in-depth knowledge of the Dallas office market.

Chris joined Transwestern in 2019 bringing over 15+ years’ experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Transwestern, he was a Vice President for Colliers International where he assisted in the leasing of more than two million square feet of medical and office properties in Dallas. Chris is known for his pro-active approach to client service and his strong attention to detail. Chris has negotiated leases with some of the leading companies in Dallas including – Amazon, Bank of America, Raymond James, and Health Texas Provider Network.

Chris received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson.
