Baha Koseli of Medefy Health Joins DallasMeetup’s Executive Organizing Team

The team at DallasMeetup is ecstatic to announce we’ve added a new Executive Organizer amongst our ranks: Baha Koseli, Head of Public Sector at Medefy Health 🥳

A proud Dallas native and purpose-driven leader, Baha brings deep experience in public sector technology, backed by a Master’s in Marketing from UT Dallas and a career spanning startups to global giants like AT&T, Apple, and Ericsson.

At Medefy, Baha helps government agencies from cities to the federal level modernize how they support their employees through benefits and care navigation. He’s known for turning policy into product, bridging strategy and execution, and building inclusive, high-performing teams.

Outside of work, Baha gives back in big ways. He serves as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) and volunteers with organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters and BvB Dallas. He’s also a passionate traveler (100+ countries and counting!) and fun fact: you might’ve heard his voice on shows like Attack on Titan.
