As Founder and CEO of Rethink, Vijay bootstrapped the company from inception to a $12M ARR enterprise that became the #1 rated commercial real estate application built on the Salesforce.com platform. Under his leadership, Rethink earned recognition on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies for multiple consecutive years (ranking #226 in 2015 and #334 in 2014 with three-year revenue growth exceeding 1,900%). This achievement was particularly remarkable as the company launched during the Great Recession of 2007, demonstrating Vijay's resilience and strategic foresight. The company was successfully acquired by a private equity firm in 2021.

Vijay's nearly two decades of experience spans the complete commercial real estate ecosystem, from overseeing sale-leasebacks to managing development projects that underwrote deals exceeding $1.2 billion in collaboration with joint venture partners. This comprehensive background gives him unique insights into the challenges and opportunities within the CRE technology landscape.

Following his successful exit, Vijay co-founded Pangaea Capital Partners and Critical Mass Capital, investment funds focused on pre-seed through Series C fast-growth, disruptive technology companies. His entrepreneurial vision also extends to physical spaces, including the design of a 100,000-square-foot creative mixed-use campus in East Austin and the transformation of an industrial building into a thriving Class A office coworking environment.

Now, Vijay is returning to his builder roots with LenderBox, an AI-powered platform revolutionizing the $6 trillion commercial real estate lending market.
