Victor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Broadcasting from the University of Texas at Arlington, an Associate of Arts in Speech Communications from Tarrant County College, and a certification in Powersports Technology from Dallas College. His diverse educational background reflects his commitment to blending technical expertise with creative and strategic communication.

Before transitioning to motorsports, Victor built a successful career in film and television, showcasing his creative talents in storytelling and production. A proud U.S. Army veteran, he credits his military service with instilling discipline, leadership, and a passion for excellence that defines his ventures today.
