In addition, he is the Founder and CEO of Paycision, a fintech platform combining smart workflow automation with instant payments to drive efficiency and reduce costs. Todd previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at Ventanex, acquired by REPAY (NASDAQ: RPAY), and as VP and Payments Business Leader at Open Solutions, acquired by Fiserv (NASDAQ: FISV). His broader career includes founding and leading multiple fintech ventures, executive roles at Texas Capital Bank's digital banking division BankDirect, strategic consulting serving clients including ARC and GE, and early-career business development at EDS — giving him a rare combination of entrepreneurial, operational, and enterprise experience across the full spectrum of financial services and payments.
