Tiffany Hanzik is an Attorney and the VP of Growth and Development at Capital Title, the largest independent title company in the U.S. with over 120 branch offices statewide and National Commercial Closing offices that are closing commercial transactions nationally. While boasting an impressive size, the family-owned atmosphere is felt throughout the organization, which operates under a servant-leadership model with all company leaders making themselves available to assist their escrow professionals. Capital Title’s servant approach extends to their clients through their commitment to provide exceptional customer service to their local, state, and national commercial real estate professionals. 

Tiffany graduated with a Master’s degree from Southern Methodist University and earned a Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M School of Law. She spent 10 years focused on Corporate, Immigration, and Civil Litigation before serving as a title attorney for the Oil and Gas industry. After transitioning into real estate, Tiffany became a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) instructor, a Certified Title Insurance Professional (CTIP) and a Certified Escrow Settlement Professional (CESP). She enjoys helping build business for the company by teaching classes to real estate professionals and providing amazing customer service as a leader in the company through her legal, sales, operations and title expertise.
