Terrence Maiden presently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Russell Glen, a real estate development and investment company in Dallas, Texas. With over twenty-five years of expertise in real estate, he leverages his experience to guide and motivate the company's expansion. Terrence is widely acknowledged for his visionary approach to transformative commercial real estate development projects. He is at the forefront of the acclaimed Shops at RedBird, a multi-award-winning redevelopment of the former Red Bird Mall in Dallas. Over his career, he has managed over $500M in real estate developments, including projects like Pasadena Square, Glen Oaks Crossings, Canyon in Oak Cliff, and West Ridge.

Terrence is a graduate of Texas Christian University, where he and his identical twin brother Tim were standout football players for the Horned Frogs. In 2015, both Maiden brothers were inducted into the Texas Christian University Hall of Fame. Terrence serves in many civic, business, and philanthropic roles, including Chairman of the Maiden Foundation, Urban Land Institute (Board Chair), International Council of Shopping Centers (Trustee), Methodist Health System (Board), and many others. Terrence has received many honors and awards, including induction into the TCU Football Hall of Fame, DALLAS 500 most influential leader for six consecutive years by D Magazine, Visit Dallas ā€œCan Do Spiritā€ Award, and WFAA/Cadillac Shaping DFW for his business and philanthropic successes.
