Ryan Victor is a fintech executive and revenue leader with more than 15 years of experience driving growth across financial services, enterprise technology, and modern banking infrastructure. He currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Finxact, a Fiserv company, where he focuses on revenue growth, sales, strategic partnerships, and market expansion for one of the industry’s most advanced cloud native core banking platforms.

At Finxact, Ryan has played a key role in accelerating the adoption of modern core banking technology among leading financial institutions and fintech innovators. Since joining the company in 2019 as Head of Sales, he has helped scale the platform’s market presence as Finxact emerged as a cornerstone of Fiserv’s next generation banking architecture, enabling institutions to launch digital banking products, embedded financial services, and modern payment ecosystems.

Prior to Finxact, Ryan held senior leadership roles across the fintech and enterprise technology landscape. He served as North America Sales Lead at Mambu, a leading cloud banking platform, and held strategic client leadership roles at Finastra and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he worked with major financial institutions on technology modernization initiatives. Earlier in his career, Ryan managed enterprise business teams at Apple, leading initiatives that expanded enterprise technology adoption across large organizations.

Ryan began his career working with boutique investment firms in New York City, where he developed an early foundation in financial markets and institutional financial services. His career has since spanned the full spectrum of banking technology from enterprise infrastructure to modern fintech platforms, giving him a unique perspective on how financial institutions evolve, innovate, and compete in a rapidly changing digital economy.

Today, Ryan works with banks, fintech companies, and financial institutions across the globe to help power the next generation of banking technology. He is based in Frisco, Texas.
