As Co-Founder and CEO of ClearSight Therapeutics, Inc., Patrick is at the helm of a biopharmaceutical company focused on tackling unmet and under-met needs in eye care. It’s an exciting challenge: raising capital, steering our clinical development roadmap, and designing go-to-market strategies that will bring transformative treatments to patients. At the same time, he works as a Commercial Consultant with Iantrek, Inc., where he’s helping launch innovative technology in the Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS) space—supporting a controlled, strategic rollout that’s poised to make waves in the industry.

At Sight Sciences, Inc. Patrick was a founding commercial member, helping grow an unknown technology into one of the top MedTech IPOs in just four years. He built the marketing organization from the ground up, hired top talent, and led the commercialization of the OMNI Surgical System—a game-changer in glaucoma care. Before that, at Alcon, he drove the global launch strategy for the Surgical Glaucoma portfolio, including the CyPass Micro-Stent and ExPress Filtration Device, while supporting $4.7 billion in revenue as Director of US Commercial Strategy. His time at Smith & Nephew saw him build a US Market Research team for Advanced Wound Management, and at Endo International, he honed his skills in demand planning and forecasting.
