Mike Cleary serves as Executive Vice President for a nationally recognized occupier services team at Colliers, based in Dallas, Texas. Known for delivering customized real estate solutions to corporate occupiers across the country, he and the team are distinguished by their diverse group of professionals and long-standing track record of success. 

Mike plays a key role in business development, oversees local transaction execution, and manages several high-profile client relationships. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, he brings deep market insight, strategic thinking, and a responsive, client-focused approach. Throughout the past three years, he and his team have produced major results across over 1,000 markets inside the US and 39 outside of the US.

Prior to Colliers, Mike spent 18 years at CBRE as Senior Vice President and Partner, where he specialized in advisory and transaction services. His expertise includes lease negotiation, renewal planning, location analysis, and portfolio optimization - helping businesses secure spaces that enhance efficiency and support long-term growth. Over his career, Mike and his team have completed more than 75 million square feet of assignments, consistently aligning real estate decisions with business objectives.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Trinity University and remains active in the community as a volunteer coach with JAB Hoops and a supporter of the Covenant School and Jesuit Dallas High School.
