She oversees fundraising, marketing and communications, community programs, emergency response efforts, and strategic initiatives that help connect people and pets with the resources they need.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Meredith is passionate about bringing together nonprofits, businesses, community leaders, and advocates to solve complex challenges and create lasting impact. Her work has helped expand access to lifesaving programs, strengthen community partnerships, and support the continued growth of Operation Kindness as it prepares for its next chapter of service across Texas.
