Max Rusakov is the co-founder of RevU, a Dallas-based legal technology platform built for the NIL ecosystem. Alongside his co-founder, Calum Kuhn, Max works with universities and agencies to help optimize and scale NIL contract review and compliance workflows, while providing insights and educational resources that help student-athletes better understand their agreements. RevU supports institutions navigating the evolving NIL landscape by improving contract visibility, risk awareness, and operational efficiency across high-volume NIL activity.

Max is an SMU alumnus and has spent the past several years building in the NIL and legal tech space, working closely with universities, athletes, and industry stakeholders.
