Lauren Dannemiller of Brookfield Properties to be featured at DallasMeetup

The team at DallasMeetup is excited to announce that Lauren Dannemiller, Retail Leasing at Brookfield Properties, is the latest Featured Networker debut joining DallasMeetup goes CRE 🥳

At Brookfield Properties, Lauren Dannemiller is on the Retail Real Estate team where she specializes in the leasing of permanent, pop-up, and transitional spaces within Brookfield’s diverse retail portfolio.

Prior to joining Brookfield, Lauren was on the Acquisitions and Asset Management teams at Spirit Realty Capital (NYSE: SRC), a publicly traded REIT based in Dallas, Texas. Throughout her 4 years at Spirit, Lauren specialized in single-tenant, net leased retail and industrial investments. During this time, she assisted in the acquisition of over $2 billion triple-net assets, while supporting a $9.3 billion portfolio of retail properties across the United States. Following the acquisition of SRC by Realty Income (NYSE: O), Lauren joined 7-Eleven's Real Estate team where she led site selection and new-store development throughout Texas.

In her earlier career, Lauren worked as a commercial real estate broker at Weitzman where she specialized in project leasing and development of a 5-million square foot portfolio of shopping centers.

Lauren is a graduate from Texas Christian University (TCU) where she received her BBA in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration. While at TCU, she demonstrated her leadership skills and passion for real estate by serving as the President of the TCU Real Estate Club. Now, she serves as an alumni advisor for students in TCU’s Real Estate Center.
