Laila Sarvarian is a business development leader and strategic connector operating at the intersection of HR, fintech, and entrepreneurship. With a career spanning SaaS, PEO, and B2B consulting, she brings deep expertise in driving growth through partnership alignment, operational efficiency, and scalable people strategies.

Currently at TriNet, Laila works with founders, CFOs, and HR leaders to navigate complex compliance landscapes, elevate their employee experience, and unlock time for what matters most: growing the business. She’s especially skilled at bridging the gap between business needs and human capital solutions, translating challenges into actionable strategy.

Outside of her role, Laila plays an active role in shaping the Dallas business community. She serves on the board of Women’s Finance Exchange and is an Executive Organizer of DallasMeetup, where she helps curate high-value conversations and authentic professional connections across industries.
