The team at DallasMeetup is excited to announce Kristin Coss of American Airlines is the latest Featured Networker debut joining DallasMeetup’s Transportation Cohort at Legacy Hall.

Kristin is proud to lead the Mid-Market West Region Sales team, bringing more than eight years of experience with American Airlines. In Mid-Market Sales, she is passionate about building strong customer partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies that create value for both customers and the business. She also enjoys coaching and developing her team, fostering collaboration, and empowering others to achieve meaningful results.

Throughout her career at American, Kristin has held impactful roles across Revenue Management Development and the People Team, where she focused on strategic initiatives, learning and development, and organizational growth.

Prior to joining American, Kristin built more than 15 years of experience in sales and leadership. Her diverse background has shaped a collaborative, solution-oriented leadership style centered on relationships, developing talent, creating innovative solutions, and delivering results. 

Kristin holds a degree in Business Management with emphasis in Human Resources & Organizational Development and Financial Management.

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her two sons in their many sports and passions. Together, they love traveling, discovering local cuisine, and experiencing new cultures.
