Kevin Sullivan serves as Southwest Airlines’ Managing Director of Sales, based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, he leads the Global and National Sales teams, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio and advancing strategic growth initiatives across the organization. Recognized for his disciplined leadership style and strong commercial acumen, Kevin is equally committed to developing talent and shaping high-impact sales strategies that deliver long-term results.

With 25 years of leadership experience in the airline industry, Kevin has played a pivotal role in the evolution of Southwest’s sales organization. He began his career with the company as Marketing Manager in Houston and later became a founding member of the corporate sales team, where he helped drive meaningful growth with Fortune 1000 clients. Over the years, he has led transformative initiatives, including the development of Customer Success and Sales Analytics functions, and has progressed through roles as Director, Senior Director, and ultimately Managing Director of Field Sales. His career reflects a consistent track record of strategic vision, operational excellence, and sustained business impact.

Kevin’s influence extends beyond Southwest Airlines through his longstanding leadership within the business travel community. A member of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) for more than two decades, he has supported the industry through sponsorships, membership initiatives, and speaking engagements. His service has included leadership roles on the Aviation Committee and Allied Leadership Council, and he currently serves as Treasurer on the GBTA Board of Directors.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he values family deeply and takes great pride in his life with his wife, Anna, and their two children, Liam Joseph and Lauren Riley.
