Keila Williams of Big Thought to be featured at DallasMeetup

The team at DallasMeetup is excited to announce Keila R. Williams, Business Development & Partnerships Manager at Big Thought, is the latest Featured Networker debut joining DallasMeetup at Texas Live!

Keila R. Williams is the Business Development & Partnerships Manager at Big Thought, one of North Texas' leading youth-development nonprofits, where she leads corporate and nonprofit partnership development that helps fuel access to creativity, safety, and play for youth across Dallas.

Keila brings more than 10 years of experience spanning nonprofit development, business development, youth programming, and educational theater to her work. She builds and stewards the kinds of partnerships that turn directly into expanded reach for Big Thought's programs — helping ensure more North Texas youth get access to enriching, creativity-driven experiences outside the classroom.

A Dallas native, Keila spent nearly a decade in New York City before returning home, bringing what she calls "NYC roots, Dallas gravity" energy to every partnership she builds. She holds a B.A. in Fine Arts Theatre from Texas Southern University and is grounded in the belief that the most powerful programs are designed with communities — especially young people — not just for them. Keila is excited to connect with fellow leaders, innovators, and change-makers across DFW, and to share how investing in Big Thought means investing directly in the next generation's creativity and growth.
