Josh Hedderich, AKA “Heddy”, is the Managing Director of Asset Management for Caddo Office Reimagined – your neighborhood flexible office solution for small business owners who want to work near home, but not “from home.” He is responsible for leading the facilities team in ensuring that the 9, soon to be 10 locations, are preserved and maintained such that the members can rest assured that their businesses can thrive.

Originally from Carmel, Indiana, Heddy relocated to Dallas after graduating from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with dual majors in Finance-Real Estate and Operations Management. Heddy began his commercial real estate career in 2001 as a Financial Analyst with Crow Holdings. He “grew up” there over the next 7 years, and has held subsequent positions with Hudson Advisors, ORIX, Parmenter Realty Partners, Lexington Realty Trust, and Entrada Partners. 24 years into the business, Heddy has hit his stride focusing on asset operations and team leadership, identifying and nurturing team members’ core competencies, and encouraging them to find their voice, lead from the heart, and operate with integrity. Aside from his children, ages 4 and 14, Heddy’s greatest passions include people, connections, and authenticity… and going to see live music!
