Isabel Cable joins DallasMeetup’s Executive Advising Team

Introducing Isabel Cable as Executive Advisor to DallasMeetup

DallasMeetup is built on one core belief: the right room, with the right people, changes everything.

That’s why we’re excited to welcome Isabel Cable as our newest Executive Advisor: a connector, operator, and community builder whose work across Fort Worth and the broader DFW ecosystem embodies exactly what DallasMeetup stands for.

Isabel is the Founder & CEO of Access Fort Worth, a fast-growing, membership-based community designed to bring together business leaders who value intentional, high-impact relationships. Her philosophy is simple but powerful: real relationships move business forward.

Rather than focusing on volume, Isabel has built her reputation on facilitating the right introductions—the kind that unlock partnerships, drive economic growth, and create lasting opportunity across North Texas.

That ethos aligns directly with DallasMeetup’s mission of increasing connection velocity at scale.

Before launching Access Fort Worth, Isabel served as Vice President of Member Services & Strategic Growth at the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she:

  • Drove 180% membership growth in just two years

  • Scaled flagship networking events to 3,600+ annual attendees

  • Built and mobilized a 65-person ambassador program

  • Transformed onboarding and engagement systems for long-term retention

Her ability to blend relationship-building with operational execution makes her uniquely positioned to advise on DallasMeetup’s continued growth across DFW.

Leadership Built on Experience

Isabel’s background spans leadership roles across organizations like Uline, where she managed large teams and high-performance operations, as well as entrepreneurial ventures and nonprofit leadership.

She is also:

  • A Board Member at Cancer Care Services

  • A Volunteer Organizer for 1 Million Cups

  • A certified leadership trainer and bilingual communicator

Across every role, one theme is consistent: building systems that empower people through connection.

As DallasMeetup continues to scale—bringing together thousands of professionals across industries—having leaders like Isabel in our corner strengthens our ability to:

  • Expand deeper into the Fort Worth ecosystem

  • Elevate the quality of featured networker cohorts

  • Strengthen community-first programming

  • Continue building the most trusted business networking platform in DFW

Her perspective ensures we stay grounded in what matters most: meaningful connections over transactional interactions.

This partnership represents more than an advisory role—it’s a shared commitment to building a stronger, more connected North Texas business community.

Because at the end of the day, whether it’s Dallas or Fort Worth…

Access matters. And the right introduction can change everything.
