Graeme Bradbury serves as Co-President of Operations & Competition at Major League Rugby (MLR), North America's premier professional rugby league, overseeing rugby operations, competition integrity, and preparations for Rugby World Cup 2031.

With over 20 years in rugby governance and commercial leadership, Bradbury advanced from Chief Operating Officer at MLR to his current co-president role in December 2025, focusing on league stability, player support, and growth amid expansion challenges. Previously, he acted as Interim CEO and Board Member for Dragons RFC in the United Rugby Championship, guiding the club through ownership transitions.

Key Contributions to Rugby

Bradbury is a board member of Anthem Rugby, a team developed to help the USA national team improve while contributing to the 2031 Rugby World Cup bid hosted in the United States. Based in the Plano area, and excited to connect with fellow sports professionals at the DallasMeetup February cohort.
