Fazir Ali is an AI Product Strategy Leader at Toyota in the Digital Innovations team, where he’s helping to drive the AI transformation across the organization. His work focuses on turning AI from experiments into products that teams actually ship to unlock real business value.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with an Executive MBA from Ohio University, Fazir brings 17+ years in product, tech and design across automotive and fintech, including Toyota Financial Services, KeyBank, Chase, and TaxAct. He led mobile turnarounds at KeyBank (1.4 to 4.8 stars) and Toyota Financial Services (1.9 to 4.8 stars), the latter cutting call center volume by 30+%.

Fazir believes simplicity is the best form of sophistication, and that the fastest path to results is building, testing, and learning in the open. Outside of work, Fazir is married with three beautiful girls and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
