Fatima Khalid is the Talent & Engagement Coordinator at the Home of the PGA of America in Frisco, TX. Her work centers on shaping the employee experience and culture through recruiting, onboarding, recognition, and enterprise-wide engagement initiatives.

At the PGA, Fatima partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver programs that strengthen connection, elevate communication, and bring the organization’s Shared Values to life. She plays a key role in developing initiatives that influence how employees experience leadership and belonging.

Fatima recently completed her MBA in Human Resource Management and is passionate about building workplaces where people feel supported and empowered to do their best work.
