Cindy Beath of Entrada Partners to be featured at DallasMeetup

The team at DallasMeetup is excited to announce that Cindy Beath, Managing Director of Asset Management at Entrada Partners, is the latest Featured Networker debut joining DallasMeetup goes CRE 🥳

Cindy Beath is Director of Asset Management at Entrada Partners and oversees Asset Management, Leasing, and Property management for a portfolio of 4.5 million SF and 56 properties. The portfolio is comprised of office/flex/ industrial properties in major Texas metros of Dallas, San Antonio and Houston.

Prior to joining Entrada, Cindy served as the Vice President of Property Operations for Link Logistics for their Central portfolio comprised of 187 million SF in multiple markets throughout Texas and the Midwest. Cindy also spent 9 years at The RMR Group as Senior Vice President overseeing property management, leasing, and construction management for a portfolio of office, industrial and medical assets throughout most major U.S. markets. During her 25-year career in Real Estate, she has experience with major industry players including Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, and The Irvine Company.

Cindy is originally from Los Angeles, California and is a graduate of University of Southern California, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts and Science with a Minor in Business Administration. She is an active member of several local real estate groups including TREC, NAOP, BOMA NAC, and IREM. Cindy and her family now live in Dallas.
