Chris Nieto Joins DallasMeetup’s Executive Organizing Team

DallasMeetup is excited to announce we’ve added a new member to our ranks:
Chris Nieto.

Welcome to the Team:
Chris Nieto Joins DallasMeetup

DallasMeetup is excited to welcome Chris Nieto to the community as our newest Executive Organizer.

Based in Dallas, Chris brings a rare combination of relationship-first leadership, commercial real estate fluency, and deep construction industry experience—making him a natural fit for DallasMeetup’s mission of increasing connection velocity across DFW’s business ecosystem.

A Connector at the Intersection of CRE, Construction & Community

Chris currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Integra Premier Construction, where he works closely with owners, developers, architects, brokers, and project partners across Texas and Oklahoma. His focus spans ground-up and interior projects in healthcare, commercial office, retail/QSR, and light industrial—often getting involved early in the process to align vision, budget, and execution.

Self-described as “a connector first and a contractor second,” Chris is known for bringing the right people together at the right time—whether that’s around a project opportunity, a strategic introduction, or a value-driven conversation. That philosophy closely mirrors the DallasMeetup ethos: big-tent networking built on trust, relationships, and long-term outcomes.

Proven Leader in Sales, Partnerships & Community Building

Beyond his role at Integra, Chris serves as Executive Vice President of Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) of Dallas, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to fostering collaboration among contractors, dealmakers, and business leaders across North Texas. His leadership there underscores his commitment not just to business growth, but to community impact.

Chris’s background also includes senior sales and leadership roles at organizations like Vari, Phoenix OTS, and Diamonds Direct, where he earned multiple honors including Store Manager of the Year, Gold Diamond Elite Club, and consistent recognition for outperforming sales and profitability targets. Across industries, his throughline has been people—building teams, coaching leaders, and creating cultures rooted in accountability and performance.

Why Chris, Why Now

As DallasMeetup continues to scale its quarterly flagship mixers, industry cohorts, and strategic partnerships, Chris’s experience across commercial real estate, construction, and business development will add meaningful depth to our organizing team, particularly as we expand programming tied to CRE, healthcare, and the built environment.

Just as importantly, Chris embodies the values we look for in Executive Organizers: consistency, generosity, follow-through, and a genuine desire to help others win.

Please join us in welcoming Chris Nieto to the DallasMeetup Executive Organizing Team. We’re excited for the energy, insight, and connections he’ll help bring to the community as we continue building what’s next, together. Register to see Chris at the next DallasMeetup!
