Caleb Vander Esch of BEE-ON to be featured at DallasMeetup

The team at DallasMeetup is excited to announce that Caleb Vander Esch, Co-Founder of BEE-ON, is the latest Featured Networker debut joining DallasMeetup at HERO.

Caleb Vander Esch is a former professional football player turned co-founder of BEE-ON, a clean sports hydration company built for athletes and active individuals who care about what they put in their bodies. Originally from San Jose, California, Caleb played Division I football at the University of South Dakota. After college, he continued his football career in the XFL, where he won the 2023 Championship with the Arlington Renegades, and again in the UFL with the Renegades in 2024.

Throughout his football journey, Caleb struggled with cramping that cost him valuable game time. After discovering that dehydration was the root cause, he began formulating his own electrolyte drink. Unsatisfied with the sugar-heavy, chemical filled,  and underpowered options on the market, he experimented with optimal electrolyte ratios and honey as a natural carbohydrate source. He eventually created a drink that eliminated his cramping and helped him perform at his best.

In 2023, alongside co-founder Tommy McIntyre, they set out to transform that homemade formula into a commercial product. Their vision was to launch a clean, effective hydration solution packed with the right ingredients and none of the junk. After nearly two years of development, BEE-ON officially launched in February 2025.
