Amy Sulgrove Joins DallasMeetup as an Executive Advisor

Welcome Amy Sulgrove to DallasMeetup’s team of Executive Advisors

DallasMeetup is proud to welcome Amy Sulgrove to our team of Executive Advisors, adding a deeply experienced, relationship-driven leader to our growing advisory bench.

Amy is the Founder & CEO of Talent Executives Group, a Dallas-Fort Worth–based executive and leadership search firm known for its human-first approach to recruiting and its ability to consistently place leaders who elevate both culture and performance. What began as a boutique recruiting practice has grown into a family of brands focused on helping companies hire exceptional leaders—and helping professionals build meaningful, real-world connections.

Across more than two decades in executive recruiting, talent strategy, and sales leadership, Amy has built a reputation for combining transparent metrics, relationship-led recruiting, and long-term results. Through Talent Executives Group, she partners with mid-market and enterprise organizations nationwide, recruiting senior and executive leaders across finance, accounting, HR, marketing, sales, operations, and technology. Her work emphasizes not just filling roles, but placing leaders who inspire teams, accelerate momentum, and stay.

In addition to leading Talent Executives Group, Amy is the Founder of Networking Executives, a platform focused on curating intentional, in-person business events that help professionals walk into the right rooms with the right people. The philosophy behind Networking Executives—cutting through noise to create authentic, high-value connection—aligns directly with DallasMeetup’s core belief in big-tent, relationship-forward networking.

Prior to founding her companies, Amy spent 18 years at Capital One, where she held senior leadership roles across sales and national recruiting. Her experience includes leading high-growth recruiting initiatives, supporting multi-market expansions, managing national recruiting teams, and earning top-tier performance recognition—bringing both operator-level rigor and executive-level perspective to every engagement.

Beyond her professional work, Amy is a frequent speaker and panelist at universities, industry events, and national organizations, and her firm has earned Women-Owned (WBENC) and SBA certifications. She was also selected for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, where she will participate in the Spring 2026 Cohort.

As a DallasMeetup Executive Advisor, Amy will provide strategic guidance as we continue scaling our quarterly flagship mixers, industry cohorts, and broader community initiatives—ensuring we stay grounded in what matters most: relationships that lead to real opportunity.

Please join us in welcoming Amy Sulgrove to the DallasMeetup team.
