Aman Sohail is a startup operator, ecosystem builder, and innovation strategist. He is currently growing MassChallenge’s Texas hub, with a focus on expanding partnerships across the state and supporting the buildout of the life sciences ecosystem at Pegasus Park. MassChallenge is a global nonprofit accelerator that supports high-impact, early-stage startups with zero equity taken, connecting founders to capital, mentorship, and enterprise engagement.

At MassChallenge, Aman works across climate tech, healthcare, fintech, and security/resiliency. He focuses on bringing programs to Texas, supporting founders as they scale, and helping build inclusive innovation ecosystems that unlock opportunities for early-stage startups.
